איזו פוזיציה הכי טובה כשעובדים מול מחשב ? האם יש תרגילים שאני יכול/ה לעשות בעבודה ?
Is there any exercise i can do during my labor day ? Which position is the best when i work with my computer ? 

Often, in my practice, patients are asking if there is a specific sitting position to work,.......with a computer,........
And often, i show them the right position to adopt, and the exercise they should do to avoid their problems :

1. All kinds of neck pain
2. Migraines / Headaches
3. Back pain and for sure Low Back Pain
4. Shoulder, elbow, wrists/hands problems, and their muscular involvement 

Here, a picture of the typic patient, working all day long with his computer, with a wrong sitting position, and for sure a wrong position of the screen computer and keyboard........
With a muscular weakness/hypoactivated muscles : the deep neck flexors, lower and mid trapezius muscles, serratus anterior muscle.
And hyperactivated muscles : sterno-cleido-mastoidian muscle, Upper trapezius muscle, levator scapulae muscle, sub occiptal muscle, pectoralis muscle.
We are commonly calling this syndrome : The Upper crossed syndrome



                                              


What can you do to work in the best conditions ?

1) Come for chiropractic treatments to release the musculo-articular tensions : Head, neck, back spine,  
    shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, low back spine, legs, knees, ankles, feet.

2) Adopt the good sitting position at work, and set your computer/keyboard/mouse in the right place :
   
                       




3) Have breaks !!!

4) Drink more water than coffee !!!

5) Have physical activity : the bests : running, swimming,.....


Is there any exercise that you can do ?
Yes, for sure, and to explain this the more quickly, clearly, and simply, here is a picture of the "Computer and desk stretches" that you can do.
It takes maximum 5 minutes.



A quick video (4min) with a good resume of the involved muscles, and for sure the exercices to stretch to short ones, and and to strenght the others....
